To Exchange Merchandise:
Should you wish to exchange merchandise, return unworn slippers in it's original box along with the enclosed invoice. Please write instructions on the invoice as to how to process your return order (Different Style, Size, Color, etc) as a courtesy we will reship your first exchange at no additional freight charge to you. Continental USA Only.
Returns for Credit to Your Account:
All returns of unworn slippers for refund must be returned in a timely manner in it's original box within 60 days from date of purchase. Refunds are given for the retail price of the slippers only. A copy of your credit will be mailed to you.
